How is this
so affordable?
We get asked this a lot. Fair question. Here's the honest answer.
We're fast. Really fast. Most agencies take weeks because they schedule meetings, send mockups, wait for feedback, revise, wait again, revise again, and bill you for every hour of it. We skip all of that.
You fill out a short survey. We build your site. It’s usually done the same day, sometimes in a few hours. That speed is how we keep the price where it is.
But speed comes with a tradeoff, and we want you to know it up front.
We handle the design. We pick the layout, the typography, the colors, the structure. We use the information you give us and make something we're proud to put our name on. If you have preferences or specifics, tell us in the survey and we'll work them in. But we don't do design by committee and we don't send five mockups for you to choose from.
Once your site is built, you get a full review. Look it over, send us everything you want changed in one round. Text, photos, wording, details, whatever you catch. We'll make those changes. After that there's a little room to come back if you missed something, but we're not starting over.
We don't do unlimited redesigns as part of the first build. If the site isn't for you, cancel. No hard feelings, no fees, no hassle. But we've done this a lot, and the honest truth is that people almost never want to cancel once they see what we made for them.
The quality isn't low. The overhead is.
Other agencies charge $3,000 to $8,000 for a site like this because they have project managers, account reps, design rounds, and weekly status calls. We don't have any of that. You get a small team that builds fast, builds well, and picks up the phone when you call.
That's it. That's the whole secret.
Sample sites, real quality.

We're Sidewalk. We build these.
Every other web agency quotes $4,000 to $8,000. That's why half of Main Street still doesn't have a website. We started Sidewalk to fix that.
We kept noticing small businesses losing work to competitors who had a website, even ugly ones. The fix isn't complicated. You need a site that looks real, loads fast, and shows up on Google.
That's what we do. Every site is built by hand. When you call Sidewalk, you talk to a real person.
Questions you'll
probably ask.
You have full use of your site for as long as you're subscribed. The design and content are licensed to you during your subscription. If you cancel, the site goes offline. If you want to take the code with you and host it yourself, there's a one time $1,000 export fee for the full source code. Still cheaper than what most agencies charge to build it in the first place.
