What We’ll Ask You
The full onboarding survey, laid out so you can read it before you commit to anything.
Only 4 questions are required: your business name, a description of what you do, your primary goal for the site, and your top customer objection. Everything else is optional and helps us build you a better site.
The “Your Customer” questions (Step 1) are strongly encouraged. They’re not required, but the more we understand your customer, the more persuasive your site will be.
AI assisted: after you fill in the basics, we generate suggested answers for every remaining field. You choose which ones to use, edit, or skip.
The survey takes about 8 to 12 minutes if you fill out everything. More detail means a better website, but even a few sentences gets you a working site. You can always come back and add more later.
Below is every question we ask, organized by step. Nothing is hidden. This is exactly what you will see after you sign up.
The Basics
The official name of your business as you want it displayed on your site.
Who you are, what you do, where you operate, who your customers are, what makes you different. Write as much as you want. A few sentences gets you a site. A few paragraphs gets you a much better one.
Example: "We're a family-owned vet clinic in Bozeman, MT. Been here 12 years. We specialize in large-animal care but we see dogs, cats, and the occasional hedgehog too."
Images, PDFs, Word docs. Anything that helps us understand your business. 25 MB per file, up to 40 files.
SVG, PNG, JPEG, WebP, or GIF. 10 MB max.
Origin stories build trust. Tell us the real version.
Example: "I was a mechanic for 15 years and got tired of watching shops overcharge people. So I opened my own place where the pricing is honest and we explain everything we do."
Call us, book online, fill out a contact form, visit in person, buy online, sign up for a newsletter, or something else. This shapes every page on your site.
Price? Trust? Timing? We use this to write objection handling sections on your site.
Your Customer
Strongly encouraged. These aren’t required, but they make a massive difference in the quality of your site.
What do they care about? What are they afraid of? What are they skeptical of?
Where do they live? Urban, suburban, rural?
Age range, gender split, household income, occupation. Whatever you know.
When you win a customer, what's the reason?
Real stories become the most persuasive content on your site.
What's the number one reason someone hesitates or says no?
Also asked as a required question in Step 0. Here you can expand on it with more detail.
How do real customers describe their problem when they call you? Their words become your copy.
